- Implement onboarding processes at client sites.
- Assist with skills assessment missions.
- Facilitate team building workshops.

- Degree in Human Resources or Organizational Psychology (Master's minimum).
- Professional-level written and spoken French required.
- Knowledge of the Cameroonian business environment.

Recruitment process
